What To Wear?

Be comfortable. Business casual seems to be the norm for attire.

Shoes are one of the most important part of a dancer's equipment. They affect your comfort and enjoyment of dancing. Proper fitting shoes will improve your balance and control as well. All students appreciate having a clean and dry dance floor while attending class. For your (and everyone else's) safety, street shoes will not be allowed on the hardwood floor.

Please bring a clean pair of shoes (or cowboy boots) to wear during class. Rubber soled shoes (or other shoes with good traction), while good for most indoor sports are not helpful when learning to dance. Leather soled shoes are better suited for this purpose.
